World Series of Poker news is now taking place all year long, and this page is your ticket to keeping up
with it. To understand, a person needs to know what the World Series of Poker (WSOP) season entails.
Basically, the season is divided up into 3 parts:
The beginning of each season will have the WSOP Circuit Tournaments played at different Harrah's casino
locations throughout the United States. All of the champions that come from these events are rewarded
with big cash and a beautiful gold ring. Following that will be the big WSOP that takes place in
Las Vegas at the RIO. Here players come from all over the world to compete for fame,
and a gold bracelet which cannot be purchased only earned by becoming a champion. Finally, in
Europe, more WSOP tournaments are played and gold bracelets are handed out to champions there as well.

The first event was supposed to last two days, but ran into overtime stretching out to 3 days. But Yat Cheng survived the marathon mission and won his first WSOP Circuit gold ring.

Putting a wrap on the Horseshoe Council Bluffs circuit tournament were the 46 players who sat at the tables for this one day event.

A couple of deals made by the 10 who hit the final table prevented 5 players from going home with nothing as the money was spread out. In the end poker player Jovan Sudar won his first championship with the big gold and diamond ring to prove it.
